So, what comes next?
You can expect a phone call from our operations and scheduling manager within the next few days.
We will review your contract, roofing colors and discuss any other questions or concerns you may have regarding your roof.
Depending on our availability, we will then give you an approximate start week or we may select a specific start date to begin your installation and go over any logistics involved to prepare you for your new roof to be installed.
Before Starting Your Job Expect The Following:
We Call You Prior To The Install
We will confirm installation dates and let you know when the work will begin. We want to address all of your concerns and requests. Please remember, you will need to be in town during the installation.
Confirm Your Selections
While speaking with you we will confirm all of the colors, quality and the materials that will be used during your install.
Setting a Start Date
As the conversation continues, we will review our weather policies that can impact our start dates and set a date with you to begin the project.
It is important to park away from all of the structures we are working on and equipment that is being used. This is for both your safety and ours.
The safety of you and your loved ones are our #1 priority. We will need you to help us maintain a limited access to your yard by children, pets and bystanders.
Part of any big job like this is maintaining a clean work area. We will confirm a spot that we can place a dumpster near your home. This helps the area stay clean and tidy.
